Don’t worry! Our feedback statements and actions, as they are today, already provide value for all types of teams.
However, there are, of course, some teams that experience particular well-being challenges based on their industry and environment. And, of course, we have taken this into account.
When you create your workspace, you also choose what industry you are in, the team size, and the environment you work in (e.g., office, remote or hybrid). What you choose dictates what type of feedback loops your team receives and what actions a manager is suggested. This way, we can ensure quality feedback and relevant action suggestions, always.

Our Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central European Time.
We fully support English in the platform and in the support team.
We offer Danish support, and we offer the product in danish at a team member level. That means that your team members can get the feedback questions in danish. However, the platform itself and the actions suggested to a manager will be in English.
The whole platform will be released in Danish very soon.
