This information is used to create a user profile that enables access to the Platform and facilitates the sending of surveys, feedback requests, and other communications. Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our users is our top priority. We ensure that individual survey responses are never disclosed and only present aggregated data based on a normal distribution. How long do we keep your personal data for:

If your employer removes you from their workspace, we will retain your data to provide you with the opportunity to access historical data at a later point, such as tracking personal wellbeing or bringing data into a new workspace with a new employer. However, if you delete your personal account, we will anonymize or delete your personal data.

We will not store your personal data for longer than is reasonably necessary to fulfill our obligations under this Privacy Policy or in accordance with our legal rights and obligations.
